We have repeated the phrase about the start of the upcoming racing season so many times that it ought to start already.
We completed the March practices at Spa Francorchamps. How cold it was! We are happy that PCCF race at Spa will be held in summer. But the track is magnificent!
There are various people. Maybe, there are also those who really like to read the motorsports regulating documents. But we haven't met them yet. As we had to read Porsche Carrera Cup France 2015 Regulations anyway (It comes with the job!), we decided to set forth the main rules of this racing series briefly, clearly and without special officialese, because these rules will be applied during the whole season. It's always pleasant to watch races, but the special case is when you understand what exactly is happening there!
You can say that it's not the race for result as much as you like, you cat set practice tasks and build plans on the trajectory practicing... But it's enough to give the steering wheel in the hands of a racer, put the pedals under his feet and twinkle with a starting signal light and he will recall all his training plans in reluctance only in the boxes after the finish. After he has previously upgraded his vehicle from the sixth position in his class to the second position overall...
It is said that rules are made to be broken. And plans are to change them as you wish. No dogmas, no taboos! And if an unexpected turn appears in a steady team route within the test sessions on the French tracks, it can absolutely lead this team... for example, to Italy. And don't let it leave the track within, let's say, 12 hours...
